__-> Cheese should be stored in the refrigerator between 4 to 5 degrees celcius. The colder you store
_-----the cheese, the longer it stays fresh.
__-> Cheese (specially Mozzarella) is most flavorful when served at room temperature, so unwrap the
_-----cheese and leave it out of the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
__-> All cheese should be tightly rewrapped in fresh, clean plastic wrap after each use.
__-> Dates found on our cheese boxes indicate the day we pasteurized the milk & made the cheese.
__-> Generally, our perishable cheeses remain fresh for two to three weeks. Fresh mozzarella, and
_-----mascarpone may be frozen so that they can be kept for longer periods. They should be defrosted
_-----slowly in the refrigerator prior to use.
__-> In case your mozzarella is too old to be serve fresh, it doesn't mean it's expired. Old mozzarella _-------are great ingredients to be cook for any recipe of yours.
